One rule I've come to learn during my years of frequenting Ultimate tournaments is, where there are tournaments, there are Ultimate apparel vendors. Some of the more sentimental Ultimate players begin a collection their freshman year; purchasing a jersey for every tournament attended. It's not uncommon for a player to have accumulated over 50 jerseys once they've reached the end of their college Ultimate eligibility. Thats over $1500 worth of jerseys at $30 a pop. Who can blame them though, most of the stuff I've seen at tournaments is creative and eye catching.
I've checked out the gear that VC plans to display at the upcoming MLC tournament this November. The colors are bright and fun, however the design is a bit boring, but thats not VC's fault. So, if you like what you see, crack open that piggy bank and make some room in your closest for another addition!
